Terms of Service

Spevdo provides an online food ordering platform that connects customers with restaurants. We facilitate order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination on behalf of restaurants.

When you place an order through Spevdo, you enter into a contract with the restaurant for the purchase of food items. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information
• Menu items and prices are set by the restaurant and may change without notice
• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number
• Once confirmed, orders may only be cancelled by contacting the restaurant directly

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay (processed by Viva Wallet), or cash on delivery. All prices include VAT where applicable. Online payments are processed securely by Viva Wallet; Spevdo does not store your card details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, weather, and other factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is available only within the restaurant's designated delivery zones.

Spevdo acts as a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or hygiene — these are the responsibility of the restaurant. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of the ordering platform.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information when placing orders
• Abuse the ordering system (e.g., placing fraudulent orders)
• Interfere with the platform's operation

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
